2) Formål, typer af data og retsgrundlag
Vi behandler kun personoplysninger, når der er et klart formål og et lovligt grundlag (GDPR art. 6).
a) Billetkøb & deltageradministration
Formål: Salg/udstedelse af billetter, ordrebekræftelser, praktisk info, kundeservice, refunderinger.
Data: Navn, e-mail, telefon, ordre-/betalingsoplysninger, billet-/transaktions-ID.
Retsgrundlag: Opfyldelse af kontrakt (art. 6(1)(b)) og retlig forpligtelse (bogføring, art. 6(1)(c)).
Systemer: Understory (billetsystem).
b) Henvendelser via formularer (fx “Kontakt”, “Bliv frivillig/food truck/udstiller”)
Formål: Behandle din henvendelse og følge op.
Data: Navn, e-mail/telefon, fritekst, evt. vedhæftninger.
Retsgrundlag: Legitim interesse i at kunne svare (art. 6(1)(f)) – eller samtykke, hvis påkrævet.
c) Nyhedsbreve & kampagner (MailerLite)
Formål: Udsendelse af e-mails om festivalnyheder, billetsalg, tilbud og arrangementer.
Data: Navn, e-mail, tilvalg/frameldinger, interaktioner (åbninger/klik).
Retsgrundlag: Samtykke (art. 6(1)(a)). Du kan til enhver tid trække samtykke tilbage via “afmeld”.
d) Marketing, statistik & cookies
Formål: Måling af trafik og effekten af kampagner, visning af video/kort, forbedring af weboplevelse.
Værktøjer: Cookie Information (samtykkestyring/Consent Mode v2), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, YouTube (afspiller), Google Maps (kort).
Data: Tekniske data, IP-adresse (oftest forkortet/anonymiseret), enheds-/brugsdata.
Retsgrundlag: Samtykke (art. 6(1)(a)) via cookie-banneret. Nødvendige cookies sættes på legitim interesse (art. 6(1)(f)).

e) Billeder & video fra festivalen
Formål: Dokumentation og formidling af festivalen på website og sociale medier.
Retsgrundlag: Legitim interesse (art. 6(1)(f)) i at kommunikere om offentlige arrangementer og skabe relevans for kommende gæster.
Dine muligheder: Henvend dig på stedet eller skriv til kontakt@rosevinfestival.dk, hvis du ønsker et billede fjernet, hvor du kan genkendes.
3) Kilder
Oplysninger kommer primært fra dig (formular, billetsalg, nyhedsbrev). Derudover indsamles tekniske data via cookies/trackere – kun efter samtykke (undtaget nødvendige cookies).
4) Modtagere (databehandlere)
Vi bruger betroede leverandører til drift og markedsføring. De behandler kun oplysninger efter instruks fra os og har indgået databehandleraftaler.
Understory – billetsystem og transaktionshåndtering.
MailerLite – nyhedsbreve og pop-ups.
Cookie Information – cookie-banner og samtykkelog.
Google (Analytics/Ads/YouTube) – statistik, annoncer, videoafspilning.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – annoncering (Meta Pixel).

5) Overførsel til tredjelande
Nogle leverandører (fx Google/Meta/MailerLite) kan behandle data uden for EU/EØS. Overførsler sker efter gyldigt overførselsgrundlag (fx EU’s standardkontraktbestemmelser (SCCs) og supplerende foranstaltninger). Vi minimerer data og bruger samtykke for marketing/statistik.
6) Opbevaringsperioder
Billetter/økonomi: Som udgangspunkt 5 år fra udgangen af regnskabsåret (bogføringsloven).
Kundeservice/henvendelser: Som udgangspunkt op til 24 måneder fra seneste kontakt, medmindre der er et fortsat behov.
Nyhedsbrev: Indtil du afmelder eller trækker samtykke tilbage.
Samtykkelog (cookies/nyhedsbrev): Så længe vi skal kunne dokumentere samtykke.
Billeder/video: Indtil materialet ikke længere er relevant – vi vurderer løbende og sletter/arkiverer hensigtsmæssigt.
(Perioder kan blive længere ved lovkrav, tvister eller dokumentationsbehov.)

8) Sikkerhed
Vi beskytter dine oplysninger med passende tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger, herunder adgangsstyring, kryptering, løbende opdateringer og leverandørkontrol. Kun relevante personer har adgang, og databehandlere er kontraktuelt forpligtede til at beskytte data.

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

8. Security Measures
