Privatlivspolitik – Rosé Festival Odense

1) Dataansvarlig

Rosé Festival Odense (“vi”, “os”, “vores”) er dataansvarlig for behandlingen af personoplysninger i forbindelse med festivalen og vores website.

Bemærk: Rosé Festival Odense drives og kommunikeres separat fra Odense Aafart.

2) Formål, typer af data og retsgrundlag

Vi behandler kun personoplysninger, når der er et klart formål og et lovligt grundlag (GDPR art. 6).

a) Billetkøb & deltageradministration

  • Formål: Salg/udstedelse af billetter, ordrebekræftelser, praktisk info, kundeservice, refunderinger.

  • Data: Navn, e-mail, telefon, ordre-/betalingsoplysninger, billet-/transaktions-ID.

  • Retsgrundlag: Opfyldelse af kontrakt (art. 6(1)(b)) og retlig forpligtelse (bogføring, art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Systemer: Understory (billetsystem).

b) Henvendelser via formularer (fx “Kontakt”, “Bliv frivillig/food truck/udstiller”)

  • Formål: Behandle din henvendelse og følge op.

  • Data: Navn, e-mail/telefon, fritekst, evt. vedhæftninger.

  • Retsgrundlag: Legitim interesse i at kunne svare (art. 6(1)(f)) – eller samtykke, hvis påkrævet.

c) Nyhedsbreve & kampagner (MailerLite)

  • Formål: Udsendelse af e-mails om festivalnyheder, billetsalg, tilbud og arrangementer.

  • Data: Navn, e-mail, tilvalg/frameldinger, interaktioner (åbninger/klik).

  • Retsgrundlag: Samtykke (art. 6(1)(a)). Du kan til enhver tid trække samtykke tilbage via “afmeld”.

d) Marketing, statistik & cookies

  • Formål: Måling af trafik og effekten af kampagner, visning af video/kort, forbedring af weboplevelse.

  • Værktøjer: Cookie Information (samtykkestyring/Consent Mode v2), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, YouTube (afspiller), Google Maps (kort).

  • Data: Tekniske data, IP-adresse (oftest forkortet/anonymiseret), enheds-/brugsdata.

  • Retsgrundlag: Samtykke (art. 6(1)(a)) via cookie-banneret. Nødvendige cookies sættes på legitim interesse (art. 6(1)(f)).

  • Note: Du kan altid ændre eller trække samtykke tilbage i cookie-banneret.

e) Billeder & video fra festivalen

  • Formål: Dokumentation og formidling af festivalen på website og sociale medier.

  • Retsgrundlag: Legitim interesse (art. 6(1)(f)) i at kommunikere om offentlige arrangementer og skabe relevans for kommende gæster.

  • Dine muligheder: Henvend dig på stedet eller skriv til kontakt@rosevinfestival.dk, hvis du ønsker et billede fjernet, hvor du kan genkendes.

3) Kilder

Oplysninger kommer primært fra dig (formular, billetsalg, nyhedsbrev). Derudover indsamles tekniske data via cookies/trackere – kun efter samtykke (undtaget nødvendige cookies).

4) Modtagere (databehandlere)

Vi bruger betroede leverandører til drift og markedsføring. De behandler kun oplysninger efter instruks fra os og har indgået databehandleraftaler.

  • Understory – billetsystem og transaktionshåndtering.

  • MailerLite – nyhedsbreve og pop-ups.

  • Cookie Information – cookie-banner og samtykkelog.

  • Google (Analytics/Ads/YouTube) – statistik, annoncer, videoafspilning.

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – annoncering (Meta Pixel).

  • [Hosting/IT-drift] – [indsæt webhotel/CDN/backup-leverandør].

  • [Evt. økonomi/bogføring/revision] – kun nødvendige data til lovpligtig bogføring.

Liste og formål opdateres løbende. Væsentlige ændringer vil fremgå i denne politik.

5) Overførsel til tredjelande

Nogle leverandører (fx Google/Meta/MailerLite) kan behandle data uden for EU/EØS. Overførsler sker efter gyldigt overførselsgrundlag (fx EU’s standardkontraktbestemmelser (SCCs) og supplerende foranstaltninger). Vi minimerer data og bruger samtykke for marketing/statistik.

6) Opbevaringsperioder

  • Billetter/økonomi: Som udgangspunkt 5 år fra udgangen af regnskabsåret (bogføringsloven).

  • Kundeservice/henvendelser: Som udgangspunkt op til 24 måneder fra seneste kontakt, medmindre der er et fortsat behov.

  • Nyhedsbrev: Indtil du afmelder eller trækker samtykke tilbage.

  • Samtykkelog (cookies/nyhedsbrev): Så længe vi skal kunne dokumentere samtykke.

  • Billeder/video: Indtil materialet ikke længere er relevant – vi vurderer løbende og sletter/arkiverer hensigtsmæssigt.

(Perioder kan blive længere ved lovkrav, tvister eller dokumentationsbehov.)

7) Dine rettigheder

Du har – med lovens begrænsninger – ret til:

  • Indsigt i de personoplysninger, vi behandler om dig.

  • Berigtigelse af urigtige eller ufuldstændige oplysninger.

  • Sletning (“retten til at blive glemt”), når betingelserne er opfyldt.

  • Begrænsning af behandling i særlige situationer.

  • Dataportabilitet for oplysninger givet af dig og behandlet efter samtykke/kontrakt.

  • Indsigelse mod behandling baseret på legitim interesse og mod direkte markedsføring.

  • Tilbagetrækning af samtykke – uden at det påvirker lovligheden af behandling før tilbagetrækningen.

8) Sikkerhed

Vi beskytter dine oplysninger med passende tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger, herunder adgangsstyring, kryptering, løbende opdateringer og leverandørkontrol. Kun relevante personer har adgang, og databehandlere er kontraktuelt forpligtede til at beskytte data.

9) Cookies

Vi bruger Cookie Information til at indhente og dokumentere samtykke, herunder Consent Mode v2.

Vores website og markedsføring er ikke målrettet børn. Henvend dig til os, hvis du mener, at vi uforvarende har modtaget oplysninger om børn, så sørger vi for at slette dem uden unødig forsinkelse.

5. Who Has Access To Your Data

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.
6. Third Party Access to Your Data
We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us. Please see below:
Envato Pty Ltd
For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for this theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. Ticksy
Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. How Long We Retain Your Data For

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. Security Measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

9. Your Data Rights
General Rights

If you have a registered account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us.

You can also request that we erase any of the personal data we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In short, we cannot erase data that is vital to you being an active customer (i.e. basic account information like an email address).
If you wish that all of your data is erased, we will no longer be able to offer any support or other product-related services to you.

GDPR Rights

Your privacy is critically important to us. Going forward with the GDPR we aim to support the GDPR standard. AncoraThemes permits residents of the European Union to use its Service.
